The CherryWood Collective story starts with a happy little girl with a passion for fashion design from a very young age.

Ultimately she chose family over chasing that dream, but a very supportive husband encouraged her to dabble in that dream by starting an online boutique. Thus, CherryWood Boutique was born in 2019. In 2022, that happy little girl had her world rocked and grief sent her on a journey for purpose that caused her to question anything frivolous or that pulled her away from what she decided mattered most. Thanks to time,  taking a step back to refocus on what matters, opportunities to travel and spend time in creation, and God - her heart began to change and heal. Thus, The CherryWood Boutique morphed into The CherryWood Collective. That little girl is me. My purpose was always to "Live well. Love big. Encourage daily." But I'm closer to figuring out what that means now than I was before. Embrace simple. Look out for others. Acknowledge what's hard. And keep a positive focus. Hopefully, that is what you will find here. I won't spend hours crafting the perfect images or in my marketing efforts because my time is better spent elsewhere. I will seek to encourage through my writing and the products I offer. I continue to offer accessories because life IS hard and actually needs a bit of sparkle and frivolity sometimes to lighten the load. Ideas and cards to lift others up because I want to be intentional in how I use my creativity.  This corner of the internet is not my identity, but a bit of my identity is found here. Welcome.
